THE BUDDER CHEF | Adam Barski - Red Seal Chef | Infused Dining | Founder & Culinary Director of Budder Bakery
Raised in Vancouver, Chef Adam Barski, had an affinity for cooking at a very young age. When most kids would come home after school and watch cartoons, Adam would watch the food network.
After high school he took a hiatus to eat his way through Eastern Europe for 3 months. Upon his return he enrolled into Culinary school and whizzed through it with ease.
Two years later, working his way through Vancouver’s top high-end restaurants, tragedy struck. His best friend had contracted an unknown pathogen and was hospitalized under quarantine for some 4 months. Upon his release he was left with a withered body and a literal hole in his lung that would take some 5 years to heal. Adam's dear friend wanted to benefit from the healing properties of Cannabis to help him recover through this stage, but he wouldn’t be able to inhale it.
That’s when Adam made it his mission to research and create medicinal cannabis edibles to help his friend overcome this difficult time.
Ever since then, circa 2010, The Budder Chef has been honing his skills as a Chef and Baker professionally, whilst perfecting the incorporation of Cannabis in foods primarily as medication for those in need.
